    主要研究内容、目标及进展
    多年来一直从事糖化学与药物化学交叉的研究工作, 研究领域涉及抗病毒药物研发,复杂寡糖的全合成以及发展化学酶法合成糖肽和糖蛋白等。团队成员将致力于以糖化学为基础的创新糖类药物研究为主线,利用糖的化学性质和生物学功能,设计和合成单糖,寡糖,多糖,糖肽以及糖缀化合物;开展糖类药物先导化合物的合成方法学研究并研究其构效关系;重点研究糖类化合物在抗病毒(HBV, HCV,HIV),癌症疫苗以及抗生素等领域的应用和开发。
