【研究领域】

结合医学生物学、微生物学、食品科学等学科领域的理论与技术,开展微环境与信号通路、营养-生理与遗传-健康方面的研究工作,尤其在食药同源的食物影响哺乳动物细胞增殖、心血管健康和机体稳态的分子机制研究方面取得了一定成绩。
