长期从事功能性纳米材料的制备、新型纳米生物传感器的构建、食品和环境中有害物质的监测与控制的研究，主要承担生物分离原理与技术、蛋白质纯化技术、生物化学实验等课程的讲授工作。近年来共发表SCI高水平研究论文80余篇；申请和授权发明专利20余项；主持包括国家自然科学基金面上项目及青年基金、国家“十三五”重点研发计划项目子课题、中国博士后科学基金、江苏省博士后科研资助项目、教育部重点实验室开放课题项目等在内的科研项目10余项；入选江南大学“至善青年学者支持计划”。
