张显,男,1986年8月生,工学博士,江南大学生物工程学院教授、博士生导师,美国俄亥俄州立大学访问学者,全国研究生教育评估监测专家库专家。入选江苏省高层次人才培养计划“333工程”第七期第三层次培养对象(2024)、江苏省“双创博士”(2015)、江苏省科技特派员、江苏省“三区”科技人才、江南大学至善青年学者A类计划(2025);担任国内外多家学术期刊的编委或青年编委。

研究方向:(1)合成生物与发酵工程:聚焦合成生物学底盘细胞开发,在高产氨基酸、维生素、功能性营养化学品等微生物系统代谢工程领域开展了多项研究工作,创制多株工程化菌株并成功实现产业化。(2)生物催化与酶工程:基于基因挖掘和蛋白质分子改造技术在功能性碳水化合物和食品酶领域开发出多种工业化菌株,实现了D-海藻糖、D-阿洛酮糖、D-塔格糖、蒜糖醇、L-谷氨酰胺酶和L-天冬酰胺酶等产品的生物法绿色制造。(3)食品发酵工程:利用现代生物技术实现食品原料的微生物发酵生产和传统发酵食品的品质提升。

近年来主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发项目子课题、省部级重点项目、企业委托合作项目等20多项;发表SCI论文120余篇、获授权国家发明专利60余项及国际专利12项;获中国商业联合会科技进步特等奖(2018,3/14)、江苏省科技进步二等奖(2019,5/9)、中国食品工业协会科学技术二等奖(2023,4/15)、安徽省科学技术三等奖(2022,4/6)、中国轻工业联合会科技发明二等奖(2017,4/6)、中国科技产业化促进会科技创新三等奖(2025,7/10)等多项科技奖励。
