主要从事酶功能筛选、定向进化技术体系研发以及酶高效制备应用相关研究。近年来，在Trends in Biotechnology，ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces，ACS sensors，Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry，Food Bioscience，Science of the Total Environment，PLoS Genetics以及生物工程学报等领域内权威期刊发表论文20余篇，申请专利13件，授权专利3件。主持国家十三五重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省“双创博士”人才计划等国家级、省部级项目4项。
