主要从事食品合成生物学和生物制造领域的基础和应用研究,包括食品配料(酶、蛋白、肽和香精香料等)的定向设计及高效生产,传统发酵食品的智能制造。近年来在领域权威期刊上发表SCI论文60余篇,申请/授权发明专利20余件,承担国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题等纵向科研项目及企业横向项目10余项,入选江苏省卓越博士后计划(2022)。
