江南大学至善岗位教授,江苏省“333高层次人才”和 “六大人才高峰” 等政府荣誉,以及“桑麻”学者、“杜邦”学者、“蔚蓝生物”学者等社会荣誉获得者。作为项目首席,承担国家重点研发计划国合专项和国家自然科学基金(联合)重点;作为生物资源与生物炼制研究团队负责人,带领团队长期从事生物炼制、发酵工程、酶工程、代谢工程和合成生物学等方面的科研教学工作;团队成员包括:孙驰贺副研究员、Meysam Madadi副研究员和胡芸实验师。
团队近5年承担国家重点研发计划重点专项课题、国家重点研发计划国际合作专项、国家自然科学基金重点(联合)/国际合作/面上/青年等省部级以上科研项目20余项,以及企业委托项目10余项;授权国家发明专利20余件(含美国专利2件)、发表高水平论文120余篇;获得广西壮族自治区技术发明一等奖等省部级奖励6项;团队负责人为国际杂志J Chem Technol Biotechnol编委(2013-)、Advances in Environmental Technology编委(2023-)、Current Nutrition& Food Science 编委(2025-)、中国生物工程学会会员和生物质能专委会委员。
团队研究方向
1)酶工程、代谢工程和合成生物学
大健康功能性配料的绿色生物制造,具体包括:饲用抗生素、萜烯类化合物和高附加值氨基酸等生产菌种选育、微生物酶改造、代谢合成途径分析、发酵过程优化与控制等。
2)生物炼制
围绕国家“双碳”战略,开展生物基化学品/能源/材料先进生物制造的理论创新和技术升级,具体包括:农林生物质原料组成结构的绿色高效拆解;微生物酶挖掘和迭代进化改造;多碳源抗逆性共发酵工程菌的合成生物学改造;酶解糖化 / 发酵过程的AI辅助优化与智能性控制。
