生物资源与生物炼制研究团队,长期从事生物资源挖掘、绿色低碳生物制造和生化技术迭代进化等方面的科研教学工作,相关课题方向:木质纤维素制糖和发酵生物燃料/生物化学品的关键技术;饲用抗生素的生物制造技术;高活性蛋白肽/氨基酸的生物制造技术。相关技术平台有:微生物诱变育种和分子改造、微生物酶定向进化、高通量筛选;植物细胞壁结构化学、活性成分分离提取、生物大分子结构分析;酶反应过程、发酵过程优化与控制等。团队成员固定成员:孙驰贺副教授、Meysam Madadi副研究员和胡芸实验师。团队近5年承担国家重点研发计划重点专项课题、国家重点研发计划国际合作专项、国家自然科学基金重点(联合)/国际合作等省部级以上科研项目20余项,以及企业委托项目10余项;授权国家发明专利10余件(含美国专利1件);获得省部级奖励6项和江苏省“六大人才高峰”(B类)和江苏省“双创博士”人才等荣誉;团队负责人为国际杂志J Chem Technol Biotechnol编委、中国生物工程学会会员和生物质能专委会委员。
